From Cancer to Total WellBeing

This is Marilyn Bennett-Johnson & Glenn Johnson extending a warm Welcome to our site.

The purpose behind this site grew out of our personal experience with cancer.  Glenn was diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus on 15th August, 2003.  Despite his doctor's dire predictions of "this is the type you don't want" and various other unpalatable statistics, eleven months later he was declared cancer free and now in 2009 he remains totally healthy.

This was a result of decisions we made about treatment options after considering a mountain of information gained from many hours of researching different approaches to the treatment of cancer. This started with establishing the cause of cancer and resulted in the program we put our faith in that led to his cure. 

The interesting thing is that what we discovered was a way to enable the body to fight the cancer without medical intervention. The exciting thing about this approach is that we have now discovered that the regime we took on is just as valid for any other sort of cancer as well.  There have been so many well documented cases through the years where the person attained full recovery by an almost identical dietary aproach to the one we devised for ourselves.

The most important thing for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer is for them to actively participate in their treatment.  Whether this is as radical as our approach of "going it alone" or choosing and supplementing what is offered by conventional medicine, the important thing is to be the one genuinely making decisions, not just feeling backed into a corner and taking what is offered. And the way to feel you are genuinely making the decisions is to be as well informed as possible about all approaches available to you.

Unfortunately though, our research has also shown us that most information is very clearly divided into two camps - medical and alternative.  This results in an almost adversarial relationship between the two approaches.  Our premise is that there is much to be gained by accessing the best of both worlds.  Hence our goal to become "Your gateway to the latest information from both medical and alternative sources".

A diagnosis of cancer can be the most frightening thing you will ever face.  Our hope is, that through sharing our experience and continually updated information with you, you may find support, comfort and most of all, hope, during this difficult time.
